- Character certificate
- Migration certificate
- Date of birth certificate
- Caste certificate for Reserve category candidates
- Medical certificate (duly filled by M.B.B.S. Doctor)
- No objection Certificate from Employer, if in service.
- Sports proficiency certificate
- Three recent passport size colour photograph
